Oscar Night With Oscar and Me

 Hot Diggity Dawgza! When the whole giganticat  global press told me and myself Sunday February 27th was the night to be with Oscar, I purrrzooms theyza meaning itza da purrfecto night to meet and greet dat dude whooza driving and arriving in his Weinermobile!  I waited fur a while at my door to meetza and greetza Oscar, but shuksatini,  he turned to be a wienie no show cuz heeza da wrong Oscar!

 Whooza Hooraying for Hollywood?  Me! And I shure did get my paws fast, over tooza Hollywood to The Oscars - the correcticat Oscars - land o' giganticat Stars on the sidewalks and Stars in yur eyes. Grabbed my golden celebricat shades and  purrpondered how to purrance down that Red Carpet cuz thatza where all the Purrrpurrrazzi is flashing - I means flashing their flashie bulbs.

 Struting da stuff down that  Red Carpet can be confusing and not always amewsing! Purrhaps youza trips on a Star's falsh eyelash datsa fallen frum her emergency falsh eyelash back pack,  or you has to hurdle a big pawsagraph book that gets tossed at ya.

 Catzowey! So so so much happening on the Red Carpet  -  I'ma looking left andza right fur my Celebricat black-out God Father styled sunny shades so the fans doesn't see my Roman roaming eyes.

 AhTenZeeOhKnee! Here's a meowvalous fashion statement when youza goes to meet Oscar at The Oscars - definicatically wear all yur biggest baubles and make shure theyza borrowed!

Purrfecto Catnapping On Purresidents Day

 Catzowey! I'm snoozing here in the YouEssHay, cuz today weeza all off work, having no mail and can't go to da Bank to pay my MasterCat card bill,  cuz itza Purresidents Day - the day everything izza closed. So itza da purrfecto day fur catnapping after youza has yur Catpuccino.

Purrhaps youza exhausticatted from a hecticat week and just wanna bag it - well Purresidents Day izza da purrfecto day to do that.

 Laying around while twisting uppa and down on Purresidents Day might beeza more meowvalous than taking an aerobicat class. And good news: youza already on da floor so youza can't fall over and go kabumpity bumpza and get da bruise!

Itza no SirPrize that itza funtasticat Monday to be doing absoluticatically nothing cuz itzza politicatically correct to do that on Purresidents Day,  but itza also da 1st Monday of da Chinese New Year "Year of The Wabbit", and my pal Signore Tiger izza cat-chatting Man Cat style with me.

Yep uh huh, itza fur shure,  he says he's exhausticatted cuz last year was The Year Of The Tiger  and heeza looking to kick back his paws and snooze till his Year pops uppa again in 2022.  WOWza MEOWza he's gonna be rested and revved up like Tony the Tiger! Hugzatinis and Sweet Treats Too

 Loving the hugging and giving more than one hug izza my favorito thing  cuz, well you know I'ma EyeTailYun and we knows hugging izza healthy. But today,  hugzatinis are popping uppa all over, and under and everywhere, cuz itza the day of Mister Cupid (dat little dude who wears a diaper and aims atcha).  Weeza gonna be hugging more  today cuz there's more love in store all over the world cuz itza Valentines Day!

Sweet and neat treats are great to give and receive on Valentines Day, but itza more impurrtant to hug, cuz a hug is free. And your heart loves a hug. Remember to listen to yur heart - always, not just today but everyday when youza not catnapping. Listening to yur heart izza comFURtable fur shure - yep uh huh, it really is and who knows, it just might even lower yur Cathlesterol or  Blood Preshure.

 Itza fur shure dat some people gives nice Catzowey purresents to show their affeckshun on Valentines Day so youza might get Flowers and if you duz, youza can be shure dat da Sender selectacatted with love and inspectaccated them from all direkshuns.

 Purrhaps youza duzn't get chocolaties or flowers, but youza might get a SPA treatment for washing up and getting squeaky clean, cuz being pampurred izza purrfecto purresent on Valentines Day.

 Nopa, I'm not staring uppa in the sky looking for dat Cupid dude, I'ma focusing my cat eyes, reading something speshule and am ecstaticat to share it with you. I loves this story, so itza love story. Super Dooper Bowl Weekend

Whatza more funtasticat than being part of the 45th annual abundacat long time celebrated Super Dooper Bowl weekend, and I luvs my Super Dooper Bowl anytime of the year no matter whatza day it izza. Cuz any day is a purrfecto day fur a Super Dooper Bowl!

There izza rules at da Super Dooper Bowl - and furstly youza always wants to inspect da bowl to be shure itza meets da regulations and rules.  Cuz the last thing youza wanna discover is dat yur Super Dooper Bowl is an inky dinky bowl! Thatza reason to have a giganticat Hiss Fit!

 When youza finally finishes the trek and makes it to da Super Dooper Bowl, youza always wanna be on alert, checking things out to the left and tooza the right so there's no sneaky stuff going on in your field and youza never ever wantza fumble and tumble into yur bowl. Just play feline fair!

And  befur youza know it, suddenly youza has a pawsative TOUCHDOWN and youza puts uppa yur paws in the air cuz thatza "Touchdown Language"!  

 

Being up close in the End Zone izza funtasticat meowment - a pawsative pawzishun at da Super Dooper Bowl and youza purrrobably gonna be licking yur lips over da funtasticatico foods datza served to youza in dat giganticat Super Dooper Bowl.  WOWza MEOWza - I wanna hear from you bout whatza youza got in yur Super Dooper Bowl. Itza Groundbreaking Ground Hog Day

 February 2nd izn't justa the day after February 1st.  Catzowey! Itza the day of da Groundhog and  I'm checking out my pal to see if heeza Groundhog. Pssst .. this foto izza favorito - taken by my meowvalous fotographer, Mark Rogers.

If youza wondering what Signore Groundhog does on his speshule Groundhog  Day, well  I tells ya, he's looking fur his shadow.Or purrhaps heeza not gonna see his shadow so while heeza doing that, I'ma looking everywhere, trying to find my shadow before February 2nd arrives.

Looking everywhere uppa and downza and behind stuff too - just looking fur my shadow.

Itza fur shure - youza don't need tools to find yur shadow -  itza already assembled so youza just needs payshunce.

 Me & Myself izza so so so exhausticatted looking fur my shadow, dat I gotta lay down and resta uppa fur finding my shadow. Oopsatini, I thinks I sees my shadow, yep uh huh, itza fur shure - Basta Pasta ... my shadow izza right next to Me and Myself.

Da mostest famous working Groundhog in da world, izza Phil - dontza call him Philip, not Felipe, justa Phil as in Phil Punxsutawney from PencilVaneyah. Heeza catnapping till da early morning of February 2nd when he peaks outta his Groundhog mansion, in da frigid temperachures. Sometimes Phil sees hizza shadow, and sometimes he duzn't - time will tell and so will da Press dat gathers from all over da Globe to watcha Phil on February 2nd. Why? So weeza knows whether the weather izza gonna be good or not so good! Yep uh huh, itza fur shure.

When youza reads about "60 million plastic water bottles" thrown away purr day, youza gonna think  if only we could justa neuter and spay da water bottles, then weeza have less plastic population! Da purroblem would get fixed.

It's The Clue For a Good Bird's Eye View

When I'm wanting to know exacticatically whatza going on (above me, under me, to my leftza and my rightza), Me and Myself thinks itza beneficial to see things from all direkshuns. I'ma gonna give you a clue, shhhhh dontcha tell anybody else! Itza called getting the whole Birds Eye View!

Itza scientificatically proven dat once in all yur 9 lives youza might be feeling like youza giganticat basket case - but CATZOWEY, being in da basket can beeza really BeeYouTeeFull thing fur shure. Cuz youza got da Bird's Eye View of everything from da basket and nobody can see you in da Basket when youza peeping out or not wanting to be peeped at.

Undoubtacatically, sometimes you may wanna change yur place to get a better Bird's Eye View of life -  and holy cannoli it's pawsible!  Look at Me and Myself! Weeza went from EyeTailYun Cat to French Cat with just a wiggle of my whiskers! OH LA LA  da Bird's Eye View frum Furance izza c'est spectacucatular! Bring on da Purrrisian mouses du Jour mon monsieur.

And when youza feeling like yur Bird's Eye View is fogged up, iced over or grounded cuz of da weather, and youza in need  of a purrkup,  call me. I'ma fully employed as a Certified feline in Animal Assisted Therapy (I gotza not-so-little AAT vest and my purrfeshunal credentials in my deeziner EyeTailYun backpack). Today I'ma sharing thizza very speshule foto - taken justa few catnaps ago. Itza me visiting my furiend whooza in Hospice. Weeza holds paws, weeza both purrs and communicates purrfectly.
